Q. How many facilitators can I have?
Facilitators are based on the Lean Coffee Table subscription you have signed up to. Our entry level product is for 1 facilitator, however you can upgrade from our
Q. How do I delete a topic?
Topics can only be deleted when in the Topics column. If you wish to delete a topic ensure it is in this column first and then you will be able to delete it.
Q. How many attendees can I have?
You can have as many attendees as you like in your Lean Coffee Table sessions.
Q. How do I download my invoices?
When logged into your Lean Coffee Table account click on Admin at the top right hand corner of the screen, click on Manage Account and then Payment History. You should be able to download all invoices for your account from here.
Q. My organisation requires us to do due dilligence before we use an external application. Am I able to contact someone about this?

Q. Can I sign into Lean Coffee Table with my corporate log in?
If your organisation uses Office365 or Google GSuite with your authentication you can use those to log in to Lean Coffee Table.
Q. I want to invite a lot of attendees, do they all need an account to use Lean Coffee Table?
No. You can invite attendees as guests and all they need do is enter their name to enter your Lean Coffee Table session
